Visitor favourites have returned with a few new events & experiences for this year.

Great family days out return to Seaton Tramway starting from February half term. Looking for fun and fantastic things for the kids this year? Easter welcomes the return of ‘The Fairy Special’ – a Fairy Tram Ride for all to enjoy! Embark on a spellbinding trip as the Fairy Godmother takes you on a magical journey to the ‘Fairy Kingdom’. 'The Dinosaur Tram Adventure’ is another exciting return to the Tramway. Families and children are sure to enjoy this adventure-filled interactive tram ride with music, stories, fossil dig and dinosaur activity area at Colyton Station! Help Professor Percival the Paleontologist uncover some secrets and fulfill a mission to make contact with some forgotten species. 'The Pirate Tram’, where ye olde “Seaton Pearl” sets sail on her voyage following the Axe Estuary in search of some “booty” at Shipwreck Cove! Shiver me timbers and all aboard for a swashbuckling time with Captain Nick, arrrgh!

During the autumn half term our Halloween ‘Tram of Terror’ will run from 26th - 31st, 11am - 3pm each day from Seaton to Colyton and back with lots of thrills and spills along the way!

The Polar Express™ is once again coming to Seaton Tramway on selected dates in November & December! Families will enjoy the magical tram ride to Santa’s home at the North Pole in one of the specially decorated single deck tramcars. Listen to and sing along with all the songs, be served hot chocolate and cookies by the dancing chefs and meet Santa and his happy bunch of elves. Each child will receive a special gift from Santa and you're welcome to wear your pyjamas on board just like the movie! This event is very popular, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Wildlife Photographer of the Year
The world renowned exhibition, on loan from the Natural History Museum in London, will open at Seaton Tramway on the 10th of March. Featuring 100 exceptional images which capture fascinating animal behaviour, spectacular species and the breathtaking diversity of the natural world. Developed and produced by the Natural History Museum, London, the Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition is an international showcase of the very best in nature photography.

Seaton Tramway have organised a fantastic line up of events this year including a programme of evening entertainment as we see the wonderful ABBA Tribute band ‘Take a Chance On Us’ make a return to the Tramway! We are also pleased to welcome QUEEN Tribute band ‘The Bohemians’.

“TAKE A CHANCE ON US!” is a fantastic show containing the finest musicians, stunning live vocals and amazing harmonies. The show has professional voiceovers, costume changes, choreographed dance routines, encourages audience participation and of course includes all the well know and favourite Abba Hits!!

Internationally renowned Queen Tribute band The Bohemians take you on a high energy roller coaster ride of a concert, featuring the back catalogue of one of the world’s most popular and iconic rock acts of all time. So many fabulous hits to be covered but they’re all here, from the early piano and harmony-heavy wonders of Killer Queen and Don’t Stop Me Now, to the later, catchy pop anthems of the eighties. The Bohemians will have you on your feet, singing, dancing and clapping along in a truly memorable live re-enactment of the world's greatest rock band.

Days & Experiences

Join us for a ride through two beautiful nature reserves on our ‘Bird Hide On Wheels’. Or, if you’ve never driven a tram? Well, now’s your chance! Why not try your hand at a ‘Driver’s Eye Experience’ or one of our ‘Tram Driving Lesson’ packages starting from as little as £60 per person.

And don’t forget on most Fridays we offer a buy one standard ticket and get one half price when booked online, as well as offering £1.00 off per Explorer fare ticket when you book online at least 24 hours in advance!
