The Loyalty Card is issued by and remains the property of Modern Electric Tramways Ltd which reserves the right to withdraw the card at any time.
Modern Electric Tramways Ltd reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the sceme at ant time without notice.
The Loyalty Card is to be used by the authorised signatory only and is not transferable.

To qualify for any discounts or offers, the card must be presented at the till at the time of purchase of any goods or tickets by the signatory. Discounts cannot be claimed retrospectively.
Modern Electric Tramways Ltd does not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards. If a card is lost, stolen or damaged the cardholder should contact Seaton Tramway on 01297 20375.
Modern Electric Tramways Ltd reserve the right to take any appropriate action deemed necessary where it is found the cardholder has used the card in breach of these conditions or has been abused.
