Booking Conditions
Click here to download our Halloween Specials Information Pack (PDF)Your space must be booked in advance. Early booking is strongly advised, as space is limited to 20 places per departure. You can book securely online by filling in the form below.
- If you cancel or alter a firm booking, a £1 per ticket administration fee will be charged.
- Seaton Tramway reserves the right to alter, curtail or cancel services without notice and shall not be liable for any loss or delay, however caused. In the event of complete cancellation of all services on the day, full refunds will be available.
- If you do not arrive in time to claim your booked seats, we cannot guarantee to carry you on a later tram. Seats are reserved only on the outward journey to Colyton. You can return on any tram you like from Colyton, subject to seats being available. The 1910 from Colyton will wait until the last passengers are ready to depart.
- Although every effort will be made to run enclosed tramcars, it may be necessary to use open toppers. We advise you to bring warm and waterproof clothing as a precaution.
