Booking Conditions

To ensure a prompt departure, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked departure time. If you are delayed, please call us on (01297) 21702 or 20375 so that we may re-schedule your trip.
If you are late, we reserve the right to cancel your trip in order to fulfil our obligations to other groups who may be waiting to depart.
The company reserves the right to cancel or alter your departure without notice but we will endeavour not to do so unless essential.
Some trams are open to the elements, and your party is advised to bring warm and waterproof clothing as a precaution.
We do not guarantee that specific trams will be available for your trip. The tramcars allocated depend on the needs of the regular timetable and maintenance situation.
If you arrive with more than the agreed number of people, they may have to ride separately on a later tram.
For your own safety, please obey notices and the verbal instructions of members of staff.
Seaton tramway reserves the right to alter its fares and charges without prior notice.
Party food will be served to your table with a selection of: Sandwiches, Vegetable Sticks, Chipolatas, Crisps, Flavoured wedges, Pizza slices, Fruit jelly and Fruit Squash.
